At first I couldn't see the fuss about smart phones but having succumbed to the lure of the iPhone a few months back I can seriously say it has changed the way I communicate and seek information on a daily basis. I have just discovered the free
MyMarkets Vic app and have to say it is one of the best apps I've seen in terms of thinking of absolutely everything. It can list markets by those which are close to me and then in true smart phone style will show me on the map how to get there, give me all the details of opening hours, let me load up a pic or rate the market etc etc. I hope that these are coming for other States - there is no excuse to forget when your favourite market is on again!
